Tag replies:KH: You must get 80 and above for every test, and get over 18 for ACE+OP.
wanxin: Relinked! :D
On my results:
Humanities (Geography+History):
I think I did okay. (Aim: A2)
Geography: 44/50= 88% (mamma mia! highest in class :D)
History: 28/50= 56% (one of the lowest in class D:)
Didn't quite expect this result.
I was only doing last minute Geography revising.
And I spent 1 whole day on History.
Maybe History just isn't my piece of cake.
OVERALL: 72/100 A2
YEARLY: A1
ORCHARD ROAD:
After History paper checking, Xuan Yu, Lester, Jun Wei and I went to Orchard Road.
We are going to Cameron Highlands on Monday, so we needed to get the gift for the gift exchange activity.
On the bus, Jun Wei was so sad and frustrated at the same time.
Reason: He got low marks for History.
(By the way, mine is lower than his.)
So, me and Lester tried to cheer him up.
But, it didn't work.
So, when we arrived at Orchard, Xuan Yu and I wanted to eat at McDonalds.
(we felt that we had an affinity with McDonalds :D)
But, ite, we went to Food Republic at Wisma Atria.
I ate the Chicken Chop from Pick n' Grill.
Yum.
After that, ate Ice Kachang and shared with Lester.
When we took the lift to the Basement, it won't close.
Thinking it was overweight, I went out.
But it still won't close.
After Jun Wei, Xuan Yu, me and another foreigner went out, the life closed.
(leaving Lester inside with a bunch of strangers :D)
The threesome ran down, like mad dogs. *woof*
After that, we went to Ngee Ann _____. (is it mall or what?)
1st stop: Kinokunya
All the stuff there were super expensive.
2nd stop: The Better Toy Store
We are so over-aged, but we had fun!
Last stop: (don't know what's the shop name, cos we ran in)
It's an Art supply shop.
Thought of buying the supplies and do art.
Then, I realised that my art wasn't good.
But before that, they pulled me to Paragon.
Jun Wei managed to jay-walk.
Left the threesome to walk to the nearest junction.
He went in by himself, so the rest of us went to...
TOYS R' US!
Yes, I'm childish.
That's basically cos' I was the only one that haven't bought a present.
When we went in, the 1st thing we saw was the Halloween section.
Masks and scary stuff.
Muahahaha.
Then, Xuan Yu needed to go.
So, me and Lester explored the whole store.
I settled on a $4.95 plane glider.
It's the closest I could find to $5.
It's something like shooting a rubber band, but the rubber band is long and in a 'line' form, and there's a styrofoam plane on 1 side.
I think it's something like that.
After that, I accompanied Lester home and took 190.
That's because I couldn't find 77.
We reached Chua Chu Kang interchange, and I took a MRT to Bukit Batok before transferring to a 106.
Home!
